I used to suffer with terrible panic attacks where I thought the world was closing in on me and I couldn’t breathe. I was scared to go to places I was unsure of, I needed an escape route. When I experienced trauma myself, I felt invisible and that nobody could understand how I felt. When things came to a head I sought out help and it changed my life. By working to unravel what had happened to me, I was able to feel like myself again.
Everyone needs someone to speak to now and again. As a counsellor, I will treat you with the respect you deserve, no judgements will be made and I will be open and honest with you. I currently work with adults and children who have suffered trauma and have anxiety and panic attacks as a result. Together we can make life feel better.
