About Me

I used to suffer with terrible panic attacks where I thought the world was closing in on me and I couldn’t breathe. I was scared to go to places I was unsure of, I needed an escape route. When things came to a head I sought out help and it changed my life.

Everyone needs someone to speak to now and again. As a counsellor, I will treat you with the respect you deserve, no judgements will be made and I will be open and honest with you.
